They were renovating, which is fine, but they gave me a room right beside the construction. Luckily I have earplugs to sleep and it made the noise tolerable but I could still hear it and it was an irritation while awake. The clerk said I should have told the manager during the day to change my room but I sleep during the day and why is it my responsibility to lose sleep in order to fix the problem you created. Regardless, no one should be put adjacent to that noise and dust in first place. I wasn't given any compensation. I was told to check their website... Otherwise no complaints about the hotel, it was good.

Dirty rooms, stained sheets, won’t store luggage

Room wasn’t clean. Lots of stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Dirty shower and the water pressure was very low. They also would not store our bags after check out.
